Oséree accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and hygiene liners intact within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure your luxury swimwear is returned in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items securely in their original Oséree box along with the completed return form, ensuring the hygiene seal has not been removed.
Ship the Items
Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
